Personal enrollment
Students who intend to study personally in the College have to come into the Student Office to start the enrollment procedure.
Enrollment will take place in person on 1 September 2025.
Students are required to bring all necessary documents and be present to sign the contracts for their programs on this day.
If you are unable to attend on 1 September, a second opportunity will be available on 3 September 2025.
Should you still be unable to enroll on these dates, please visit the Registrar’s Office during regular office hours to complete your enrollment.

Please ensure you complete your enrollment promptly to avoid any delays in your studies.
Documents required for enrollment:
- 2 photos
- Passport
- Certificate on High School Completion (original and one copy)
- Bank account number
- Number of health insurance (TAJ)
Online enrollment
Students who wish to start their studies online may arrange the enrollment process online. To request the online application, please contact us at tanulmanyi@wjlf.hu.
The student will get the personal Neptun-code via e-mail. The Neptun-code is generated based on the personal data given during the application process. With the help of this code, the enrollment can be done online, within the Neptun system (see Neptun guide).
