Wesley College environmental security department currently develops a science project, aiming the set-up of the infrastructural background of hydrobiological research activities. The subjects of the practical activities, scheduled for 16th December 2025, are: flat-glass management, silicon-based gluing of small-scale enclosures, plastic sheet-cutting, oxygen-supplying for small basins/pools etc. The activities, co-ordinated by Dr. Török Zsolt és Dr. Török Liliana university lecturers, aim the set-up of enclosures for obligate aquatic organisms in various stages of their life-cycles. After waterproofing of the containers of various capacities, the next stages will include selection of the breeders (Central-American and South-Asian fish species) for practical activities of the life-science-related courses.
