The traditional Field Exercise on Earth Sciences for first-year environmental students has been organized. On October 5, in beautiful sunny weather, local and international students jumped on bicycles and electric scooters to visit the most significant geological sites in the capital under the guidance of Prof. Zsuzsanna Plank
The starting point of the tour was traditionally the open-air rock site in front of the Museum of Natural History, where students could identify the previously studied rock parameters on exhibited rock blocks. During the subsequent field trip, they got familiar with the events of the Earth History in Budapest, as well as the rocks that testify to them.
