The aim of the Bachelor’s degree programme is to provide practice-oriented training for future social work professionals who, grounded in the global principles, scientific and professional foundations, ethical standards, and core methods of social work, are capable of practicing social work as a vocation\u2014primarily in the broadly interpreted fields of child welfare and social services. Graduates are committed to reducing social inequalities and exclusion, enhancing well-being, and upholding democratic values. They are prepared to carry out professional and responsible social work practice in service of these goals.<\/p>\n
The programme meets both national and international professional standards for social work education and aligns with the qualification requirements of similar programmes across the European Higher Education Area. Graduates of the BA programme are also well-prepared to continue their studies at the master’s level.<\/p>\n
