Dear Students,

we are waiting for your applications for the annual institutional Scientific Students’ Associations Conference which will be held at the end of November 2021. At this time, you can present your chosen topics and research in front of your institute teachers and fellow student in a 15-minute presentation. We are waiting for the application of students who, in addition to their studies, carry out a scientific activity for the purpose of self-education preparing and presenting it as a high-quality project. Students upon successful participation in the institutional round may be eligible to be nominated for the national Scientific Students’ Associations Conference.

In order to get freshmen students involved, the call takes places in two categories. For those who will start their research this year (so they cannot publish their own survey results), application with elaborated literature is possible. In this case the extent also changes. We expect 20-30 pages of work (min. 40,000 characters) prepared with the demanding literature processing of a field; in the case of your own empirical research the length is 30-40 pages (max. 90,000 characters).

The paper can have its own point of view processing literature, demanding literature processing, sources and document compilation, systematic description of observation, questionnaire survey, processing interview, text/statistical/audiovisual source; description of man-made objects and works, natural objects, phenomena, living beings.

It can be a scientific essay and can be related to any field of science, not just the student’s major. Previously defended thesis paper, published article can be converted into a Scientific Students’ Associations Conference paper. It can also be co-authored if all co-authors are fellow students or have been students.

The winners will receive an award certificate and cash prize.
